On the morning of May 9, the unveiling ceremony of Advanced packaging core materials R&D Center (key industrial innovation project) of Greater Bay Area Guochuang Center was successfully held at the headquarters of Guangdong Yinghua New Material Technology Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as Guangdong Yinghua) in the Semiconductor Industrial Park of Huangpu District, Guangzhou.

The research and development and industrialization project of advanced packaging core materials (additive layer film) was initiated by the Greater Bay Area Guochuang Center and jointly implemented with Guangdong Yinghua. The project, with a total investment of 200 million yuan, is one of the first key industrial innovation projects approved by the Greater Bay Area National Innovation Center. At the same time, the Greater Bay Area National Innovation Center has established an Advanced packaging core materials Research and development Center (key industrial innovation project), which is committed to carrying out key technology research, breaking through the neck technology, and providing a solid and powerful support for the development and progress of the domestic semiconductor industry.
